Over the past nine decades, Varteks has been built up by generations of people who have seen more in the company than a mere employer. The wish to start working for Varteks was often passed on from generation to generation. Many employees have spent their entire working life in Varteks and have considered the company their second home. Varteks employees subsequently founded their own Cultural-Artistic Association (www.kud-varteks.com) in 1946 as well as an auto club. Numerous new friendships and family ties have emerged from social gatherings, the feeling of belonging and the dedication of Varteks employees.
