Our spinning mill is equipped for production of woollen yarn, wool blended yarn and other woollen types of fibres (most often wool/polyester). Yarn production is taken under the strict rules of quality assurance and control performed by Uster tester.
Dying room disposes of top dying, yarn dying and fabric dying technology. The product can be treated with special finishing treatments, e.g. moth protection, UV protection etc, when required. Only the checked dyestuffs and auxiliary products from the world leading producers are used.
Our weaving mill produces around 5.000 metres of fabric each day in more than 4.000 various designes in a year. Preparation for weaving and the weaving are made on modern machinery developed by world leading textile machinery producers, e.g. Sulzer, Benninger etc.
Our finishing mill can treat woollen and blended fabrics as well as fabrics of other fibre contents designed to be used for suits and trousers for all seasons. Moreover, we can treat fabrics made for winter coats in velour and strich finish, fabrics for uniforms and blankets. Besides common finishing we can do special finishes according to customer’s needs and wishes.
