The prices stated in HRK with the equivalent in EUR include VAT and are the same for all methods of payment. For your security and optimum shopping experience, we have prepared the following methods of payment:

  1. Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery
This option allows you to pay in cash to the courier when you pick up the purchased product. The cash on delivery option is only available for deliveries on the territory of Croatia and Slovenia..

  1. Payment by cards

Card payments are made with the most modern standards in data protection through HT Pay Way. The order can be fully paid at once or in instalments, depending on the type of card. The possibility of payment in instalments refers exclusively to payments with cards issued by Croatian banks. The card payment option is available for deliveries on the territory of Croatia, as well as for all other EU countries to which deliveries are made from the Varteks webshop – Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, France, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden and United Kingdom..

2.1. One-off card payment

Payment can be made by MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, American Express, Diners..

  1. Payment by internet banking or general payment slip

When selecting this method of payment, you will receive an order confirmation (pro forma invoice) for the ordered items to your e-mail address, which will contain all the information and instructions for payment. You can make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills – a general payment slip via bank, post office, FINA, etc. The delivery process begins when we record the payment in our system.

  1. Issuing R1 invoice

It is possible to issue R1 invoices for all forms of payment. The R1 invoice option is selected when you select the payment method and enter all the data required for issuing an R1 invoice. Issuance of R1 invoices is currently available as an option only to legal entities registered in the Republic of Croatia. Due to legal regulations, we are not able to subsequently issue R1 invoices.

HT Pay Way applies the most modern standards in data protection – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of data between the T-Com system and the authorization centres of card companies takes place in a private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer of firewall.
